Our beloved Princess Leia aka Carrie Fisher in real life, age 60, has been reported to have suffered a massive heart attack while in mid-air traveling from London to Los Angeles’s LAX airport on a United Airlines flight. Occurring around noon today (PST), it was reported an EMT who was on the flight administered CPR on the star while the plane was only minutes before reaching its destination. Apparently, it took around 15 minutes for Fisher to regain a pulse. Witnesses present at the LAX airport say, “Carrie’s eyes were closed and she appeared unconscious as EMTs rushed her through the terminal. She had an oxygen mask on her face.” She has since been hospitalized. Carrie’s brother Todd says she’s in, “stable condition,” as of around 3 PM PST.

Carrie was currently on a book tour promoting her new book, and has been heavily involved in the filming of the Star Wars saga. What terrible timing for her to have suffered a major-medical incident as just days before the holidays and at the peak of what has been the revival to her career.

At this time, not much more is known. As soon as there are updates, we will make sure we report as to Carrie Fisher’s condition. Having starred in last year’s highest grossing movie, “The Force Awakens,” and being a part of the upcoming 2017 “Episode VIII,” the star has been in the public eye with a busier schedule that she has in years. Let’s hope it was not too much for the aging starlet.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family during this difficult time, and that our favorite Princess and General from a “galaxy far, far away,” pulls through and gets to be a part of what she helped to propel to being one of the most recognized franchises of all time!
