Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon, or famously known as just Ciri, is the deuteragonist and lead heroine of The Witcher franchise. Ciri is considered one of the main protagonists of the novels, the main deuteragonist of the games and as one of the three main protagonists (alongside Geralt and Yennefer) of the adaptation that premiered on Netflix which aired on 2019.

Ciri is voiced by Jo Wyatt. In the 2019 TV series, she was played by Freya Allan. Ciri is the daughter of Pavetta and Duny and she is the princess of Cintra. In the game, Ciri is being followed by The Wild Hunt led by Eredin Bréacc Glas,

the king of Aen Elle elves as well as the Wild Hunt who wants to harness the power of of Elder Blood flowing through Ciri’s veins. The main reason behind this is to temper the Conjunction of Spheres and resultantly to bring the elves of Aen Elle into contact with the world of humans.

It must be noted that because of her witcher training at Kaer Morhen, Ciri fights just like Geralt, although there are some differences as well. Unlike Geralt, Ciri can neither cast signs nor can drink potions, or even utilize strong attacks and does not have Witcher senses.

Ciri instead, possesses three special abilities as a result of her hereditary blood. One of them is called “blink”, one that allows Ciri to teleport behind her foes as well as tackles multiple enemies together, sometimes completely going all in.

The next ability is called “magic stone”, one that is recieved during the Battle of Kaer Morhen. It gives Ciri the power to call a fireball towards her position, although it still could hurt her if she does not move from the direction. The third and last ability is called “charge”, which allows Ciri to take over at her enemies and let loose a massive damage to her enemies.
