In November, the Avengers: Infinity War actor, Sebastian Stan had got Marvel fans buzzing by the way he had signed a Captain America: The Winter Solider poster. Stan had drawn a beard and mustache on Captain America (Chris Evan) and wrote “Ah, I’m Nomad.
Comic book fans have since been speculating that Chris Evans will adopt his Nomad identity. Stan’s embellishment of the poster was like adding fuel to fire, and the poster went viral.
In a recent interview with MTV, Stan had been asked about the rumor. “A fan said to me that you could add anything you want on Chris’ face, and I was like, ‘It’s either a thought bubble or it’s that, so,” said Stan.
When MTV’s Josh Horowitz had pressed for more details on if fans can expect Chris Evans as Nomad in the future, Stan had elaborated on his drawing. “You can expect whatever you want. First of all, I wasn’t even the first person to say that. Somebody else had gone out and said, ‘He’s Nomad,’ or something,” said Stan.
“He is missing the star on his chest, so I don’t know what that means,” added Stan. “The way it’s been going I would be on set and go, ‘So you are missing the star on the chest, does that mean that you’re [Nomad]?’ I would probably discover it at the moment.”
Avengers: Infinity War is set to release in movie theaters on May 4, 2018.
