Oh yes, you read the title right. Cineplex is hosting an 18-hour long movie marathon for Star Wars fans. This event is in preparation for the release of the latest movie in the Star Wars franchise, ‘The Last Jedi’ that will come out in theatres on December 15th.
The event will run a person $80 for admission, but considering that they be seeing 8 movies, it is cheaper than if one were to see the 8 movies separately. The event will be at Scotiabank Theatre on Richmond St. on December 13th.
If you do not think you can last for 18 hours but want to get in on the Star Wars fun past seeing the new movie, there is ab option available. You can catch the double feature that includes ‘The Force Awakens’ and ‘The Last Jedi’ that is screened at the Yonge and Dundas theatre as well as Cineplex’s Colossus Theatre in Vaughan.
