The former governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin, has joined the GOP campaign trail in Georgia. She also urged the supporters to crush the vote for senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue. Sarah told the supporters that she needs them to not just show up on 5th January, not only to win but to crush it.
She attended the campaign Save America Tour. The conservative group Club organized it for Growth. She was born on 11th February in 1964 in Sandpoint, Idaho, in the U.S. Her parents are Charles R. Heath and Sarah Heath. In 1984, she won the Miss Wasilla beauty competition. She attended the University of Hawaii. Later, Sarah was transferred to Hawaii Pacific University.

Sarah began her career as a sportscaster for KTVA-TV and KYUU-TV. She entered politics in 1992. Sarah earned a seat in the Wasilla City Council. In 1996, she became the mayor of Wasilla by defeating John Stein. Sarah ran the re-election in 1999 against Stein and won it. In 2002, she stepped down after the completion of her second term.

Sarah also ran for the Republican nomination for governor of Alaska in 2002, but Sarah lost it. In 2006, she became the governor of Alaska by defeating Tony Knowles. Sarah was very popular as a governor. Sarah was unknown in the national scenario at that time. Then, she prepared for the vice-presidential debate with Democratic vice-presidential nominee Joe Biden.

In 2009, Sarah released her memoir Going Rogue: An American Life. Her second book America by Heart, was published in 2010. She also became very famous for her association with the Tea Party movement. Sarah was chosen as the spokesperson for the group at the National Tea Party Convention in 2010.

In 2008, she was awarded Distinguish Alumni Achievement Award by the Alumni Association of North Idaho College. In 1988, she married Todd Palin, with whom she has five children.
