The Boba Fett spin-off film is a much-anticipated film in the new Star Wars spin-off world. With fallout and reported behind the scenes problems with director Josh Trank who ended up being removed from the Star Wars Story spin-off project films. The Boba Fett film has been delayed while they work on the Han Solo spin-off.
They have not given up on the Boba Fett spin-off though! So don’t worry, it is coming. And the biggest question is: Who will play Boba Fett? Well, rumor has it that Michael B. Jordan of “Creed” the Rocky spin-off film and much more will be playing the legendary bounty hunter.
The news comes from a rumor that was dropped on a podcast called Meet the Movie Press. Being that it was mentioned only on a podcast means that it may not be the most confirmed information, but The Wrap reporter Jeff Sneider is the one who dropped the rumor, and he has some great connects. Which lends some credence to this rumor.
With all the unneccessary complaints about John Boyega playing a “black” Stormtrooper, fans may actually have a good reason to complain about the casting of Jordan as Boba Fett. Considering that Jango Fett (Boba Fett’s Father) was played by Temuera Morrison, a maori, of Irish/Scottish decent. And Boba is supposed to be a clone of his father, so they should be close in appearance. “Because that’s just how clones work”
Therefore having Michael B. Jordan may be a little odd as Boba Fett. ‘
