Marvel Studios gave a wonderful Christmas gift for the fans of Black Panther when they unveiled the latest 30 second TV spot focusing on King T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) battling his enemies, Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) and Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis), in his bid to guard the Wakandan throne.
Although the spot doesn’t have much fresh footage, we did get another peek into what might just be the best MCU film till date. Whether it be the design of Wakanda or the clothes worn by the people, director Ryan Coogler has highlighted the vibrant and colorful feel of the movie, even in the midst of the extensive action sequences depicting battle-jets of Wakanda.
Fans are keen to see the next part of Black Panther’s adventures after he debuted in the 2016 movie Captain America: Civil War. The film is going to release in February and is already rated as one of the most eagerly anticipated films from Marvel Cinematic Universe. The buzz about the film has only become stronger due to the Infinity War trailer which showcases T’Challa joining Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and other Avengers, in their battle against the invading army of Thanos.
The Ryan Coogler directed Black Panther is based on a script written jointly by Coogler and Joe Robert Cole. The movie stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue, and Forest Whitaker as Zuri.
The Black Panther arrives in theaters on Feb. 16, next year.
