Sexiest Pictures Of Maggie Q. Maggie Denise Quigley (or Maggie Q, as she is known professionally) is an American model, actress, and animal rights, activist. She is known for her roles in CW Nikita and the political drama series, Designated Survivor. Q has also appeared in Mission: Impossible III, Priest, Live Free or Die Hard, Allegiant, Insurgent, and Divergent.
Q was born on May 22, 1979, in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. Her father is Irish and Polish by ethnicity, and her mother is a Vietnamese immigrant. Q’s parents met when her father was stationed in Vietnam during the Vietnam war. She has four siblings and was raised in a Catholic household.

Q attended Mililani Waena Elementary School and Wheeler Intermediate School. She was on cross country, swim, track and field teams in her first school. Q also won the Best Body award during her senior year of high school. She managed to secure a sports scholarship to a private university, where she intended to study veterinary science.

However, she was struggling financially. She ended up leaving Hawaii in the hope of earning enough money to support herself for the Fall semester. Q started modeling in Tokyo, Japan, at the age of 17. She moved to Taipei and then to Hong Kong, where she took on the stage name, Maggie Q.

While she struggled to get a job there, Q got selected by Jackie Chan as a potential action star. He trained her intensively and also taught her professionalism and the importance of doing personal stunts. Her acting debut occurred with House of the Dragon.

She went on to act in Model from Hell, Gen-Y Cops, Manhattan Midnight, Rush Hour 2, Naked WeaponThe Least Likely, House of Harmony, and the documentary, Earthling. Q made her Hollywood breakthrough in Mission Impossible III.

She also appeared in Live Free or Die Hard and Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon. Q has also taken part in PETA’s animal rights campaigns, promoting vegetarianism for many years. Q has dated Paul Alfonso and Dylan McDermott previously. She currently resides in Los Angeles but also has a house in New York.
