Did you hear a Star Wars theory that stated that Rey may be the long-lost daughter of Han Solo and General Leia? Oh and there is another one that Supreme Leader Snoke is Ezra from Star Wars Rebels, grown up. Wars fans just love over-analyzing content and come up with rich theories that may fill a galaxy of speculation. And John Boyega, who plays Finn in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, has heard all of them. And it seems like he loves them. When Boyega was asked which Star Wars theories are the craziest, he said:

“Oh my gosh. Well, number one would be Finn and Poe! That’s got to be number one. Finn and Poe. I’ve heard Finn is Snoke. Rey is going to fall into The Dark Side and kill Finn. [Laughs] And they’re going to fight each other. I’ve heard all sorts of stuff. I really feel there are some that they should use. I like a bit of Dark Side coming from Rey. I don’t know. I like that.”

John Boyega is not going to reveal any important points when it comes to what is happening in Rian Johnson’s Star Wars: The Last Jedi. We are just a month away from this blockbuster hitting theaters.

While John Boyega was in town for the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, he had spoken with students and screened Kathryn Bigelow’s Detroit and the mega-talent was happy to discuss his favorite Star Wars fan theories.

The Finn/Poe bromance is a favorite of Star Wars fan fiction, that launched the moment Oscar Isaac bit his lip while reuniting with Poe in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

But John Boyega admits that he likes the angle of Rey going to the Dark Side and this may launch a fresh wave of The Last Jedi theories. A recent trailer tried to sell a heel turn, with Rey rejecting the teachings of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and looking to KyloRen (Adam Driver) for the answers.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be in theaters on December 15.
