The singer also established herself as a songwriter and businesswoman. She initially tried out for a local funk cover band but ended up creating her own band.

At the age of 15, she formed the band Paramore with Josh Farro, Zac Farro, Jeremy Davis. The band’s debut album was released in 2005 when the singer was only 16 years old. The band has produced four studio albums, including Riot! (2007), Brand New Eyes (2009), Paramore (2013), After Laughter (2017).

In 2013, Williams partnered with MAC cosmetics for the launch of a new makeup line. She also graced the cover of Nylon magazine to promote Paramore’s self-titled album. In 2016, she launched her own hair-dye line Good Dye Young. The singer also appeared as one of the playable characters in the video game Guitar Hero World Tour.
