Spider-Man’s parents were killed when he was a child, and he has always felt a void which hurts him everytime he thinks of them whereas Deadpool has nasty memories of his parents who abused him as a child.
Crazy Food obsessions
People think that Deadpool loves to eat a weird dish called ‘Chimichangas’ which is nothing but Pancakes and he uses this word and loves to eat lot more Pancakes. Spider-Man loves the same, and he calls them Aunt May’s ‘Little Wheat-cakes.’
Both See their lovers die
Deadpool and Spider-Man have both witnessed the deaths of their true loves because they failed to save them. Spider-Man was left shattered when Gwen Stacy died, and Deadpool experienced the same pain when Copy-Cat (Vanessa) was killed by Sabertooth.

Venom was just a different costume for Spider-Man, but, he went on to become an alive inner demon for the crimefighter. Spider-Man got rid of it to be free from the inner demons, and we also know that ‘Merc with a Mouth’ is an anti-hero who has some traces of evil in him.

Deadpool was married to Shiklah, but, their marriage failed when Deadpool joined humans, and Shiklah went to join Dracula, whereas Peter Parker divorced Mary Jane after things failed to work out as per expectations.
They Joke to Cover their pain
Peter Parker mastered one-liners, and people feel that he is stronger with his suit on, but, the truth is the other way round. The Suit and jokes are only a ruse to cover the pain daily suffered by Parker. Deadpool has a distorted body, and he uses his suit and humor to look good to people.
Failed Relationships
Deadpool has 12 failed relationships, and Spidey has 10. The latter couldn’t get into a proper relationship after the death of Gwen and Deadpool once had an affair with Thanos’ lover Death, and this made Thanos curse him to live an infinite human life.
