2. Loki
As we saw in Avengers, Loki failed to fulfil his promise to Thanos, therefore, the villain would be itching to exact revenge from the team that annihilated his Chitauri army. In fact, he would be even happier avenging himself by killing the God of Mischief. Loki can take up many forms, but, the back story of him being responsible for Thanos losing one of his Infinity Stones and then not delivering the Tessaract, is ample cause to make a case for his killing. When Thanos would attack Asgard to kill Heimdall, he would also want the Cosmic Cube and that would guarantee a showdown between him and Loki. Although Thanos would be too much of an enemy for Loki to stand against and his reputation as a horrible villain would be enhanced if he swatted Loki like a fly, we still believe that the character played by Tom Hiddleston should be given a heroic farewell from the series.
1. The Vision
We have already spoken about the Vision as his death is pretty much predictable. Still, sometimes what’s obvious has to be done as well. Therefore, we rank The Vision as the likeliest character to go down in the Avengers: Infinity War. The ray of hope for this Android is that if the battle with Thanos doesn’t end in the destruction of the Infinity Stones then he could very well be brought back to life. That of course is for the later times, because Thanos’s bid to take possession of the stones is bound to take him on a collision course with the most powerful superheroes on Earth and taking the stone out of Vision, killing him in the process is bound to happen.
In fact, Thanos would want to inflict damage on the Avengers to exact revenge for the events of The Avengers. Therefore, a scene where Thanos takes a stone from them while killing one of their members would be a scary and exhilarating start to this epic showdown. The only thing we hope for is for Russo to make Vision’s end dramatic and surprising for the fans.
