Marvel fans are getting ready to watch the epic crossover Avengers: Infinity War . from Marvel Cinematic Universe. A YouTuber from Norway, Mr. Krepshus expressed his eagerness about the film by creating a mash-up trailer which showed the Marvel superheroes in the style of recently witnessed Justice League promos.
This trailer video is a compilation of well-placed sequences from Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Doctor Strange and the highly anticipated battle between the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and the villain.
The trailer uses the classic cover song “Heroes” from Gang of Youths which was written in 1977 by David Bowie and Brian Eno for an album bearing the same title. This song also featured in the Justice League’s trailer depicting the tension between the heroes of DCEU. The creator, Mr. Krepshus has tried to replicate the same rhythmic beats as heard in the real DC promo.
The Avengers: Infinity War will showcase a joint battle by the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy against the invading forces of Thanos. They endeavor to beat his evil intentions of capturing the Infinity Universe and in turn ruling the universe. This fan trailer highlights the difference of opinion among Steve Rogers and Tony Stark who are both seen foul-mouthing and arguing among themselves in the face of the rapidly approaching cosmic danger.
A Major common factor between the two trailers is a sequence showing the Star-Lord shoot his chest-mounted collider aimed at Ronan the Accuser and that looks identical to how Batman was seen firing artillery from the Batmobile.
Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled to release on May 4, 2018.
