Maddie was born on 30^th September 2002 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the U.S. Her parents are Melissa Ziegler-Gisoni and Kurt Ziegler. Maddie has Italian and German descent. She attended Sloan Elementary School before she was homeschooled in 2013.
