She was born on 10th June in 1937 in Rome, Kingdom of Italy. She studied naval engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan for two years.
Her acting career started in 1954 with the film Three Coins in the Fountain as Angela Bianchi. The following year, Luciana appeared in the film Adriana Lecouvreur.
