Who is Kristina Igorevna Asmus? She is a Russian theater and film actress. She was born on 14th April 1988. She is recognized for her television character in the medical sitcom Interns. In 2010 she was chosen as the sexiest Russian woman of 2010 by Maxim magazine.
Kristina was born in Korolyov near Moscow. Asmus came from an athletic background. She was effective in gymnastics and appeared as a Candidate for Master of Sports. Her younger sister, Karina Myasnikova, was a part of Russia’s national gymnastics team.

Kristina was still a schoolgirl when she featured in a drama “The Dawns Here Are Quiet …” in the theater “MEL”. Later graduating from high school she was featured in the play “Portrait of Mademoiselle Tarzhi” in the Youth Theatre city of Korolyov.

In 2005, she arrived at the Moscow Art Theatre School for the course in Konstantin Raikin but did not complete her studies. In 2008, Asmus entered a Theater School. The role of Vari Chernous in the satire series Interns marked the debut of the actress on screen.

In the following year, Asmus came to be nominated as TV Actress of the Year according to Glamour magazine. In 2013, she accepted Fashion People Awards as a Fashion actress. Now, she is an actress at the Moscow Drama Theater Yermolova. Since 2013, she has been married to actor Garik Kharlamov. Together they have a daughter Anastasia.
