Kay Panabaker is an American zookeeper and former actress and child-artist. She was active as an actress around the 2000s. However, she preceded her sister Danielle when it came to their big-screen debut. She had worked in Monster Inc., ER, 7th Heaven, Angel, Life is Ruff and Read it and Weep with her sister.
She was also a very gifted student and graduated high school even before she turned 18. After high school, she decided to quit acting and pursue a career in Zoology. Kay was born as Stephanie Kay Panabaker on May 2, 1990, in Orange, Texas. She is the younger daughter of Donna Mayock and Harold Panabaker.

She is also the younger sister of Danielle Panabaker, who is also an actress. Her father was in sales, and so, she moved around a lot and was entirely accustomed to the nomadic lifestyle. She grew up in a variety of cities, such as Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta.

She was also academically gifted as she completed her schooling at 13 and then went to the community college to study acting with two scholarships. After she graduated, she went to UCLA and got into the History Program and got her Bachelor of Arts degree in April 2008. After her initial success in Monster Inc., she went on to star in the short film Temptation.

Panabaker’s television debut occurred with the ABC soap opera Port Charles, which was a spin-off of General Hospital. Kay has also worked with Kiefer Sutherland and Radha Mitchell in the crime drama series Dead Heat. She has also appeared in Regarding Eric, The Division, The Brothers Garcia, Angel Forgiving, Phil of the Future, Moondance Alexander, Nancy Drew, and Habeas Corpus.

She was cast opposite Zac Efron in the television drama, Summerland, which won her a 2005 Young Artist Award. She has also worked in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Fame and Little Birds, among many others
