9. Rock ‘n’ Roll Express
The pair who constituted the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express in WCW during the 1990s, Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson looked to be well past their primes. Remember? Well, the wrestling stars of the 80s are still going strong and at it by the time of the posting of this piece. Being one of the best tag teams of their time, they still make appearances at wrestling shows, such as one in October of 2015. It was a main event involving Jerry Lawler and Terry Funk. Any aspiring young wrestler with dreams of being a part of a baby face tag team should go back and watch old Rock ‘n’ Roll Express matches. Take notes kids.
8. Ricky Steamboat
The last time Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat showed that he still got it… that he could still go inside of the wrestling ring and rock it wasn’t too long ago. The legend and hall of fame member, Steamboat worked a program with Chris Jericho back in 2009, and still looked pretty good during that feud. His participation in that kind of WWE matches came to an end on a scary note. He was legitimately hospitalized following a storyline beat-down at the hands of the Nexus. Since then, he has served as a trainer for the NXT brand. An ambassador for the WWE these days, you may run into him at events such as local Comic Cons.
