Helen was born in Culver City, California, on 15th June 1963. Helen Hunt accepted her initial screen credit with the 1973 TV movie Pioneer Woman. Hunt went on to feature in the box-office hits Twister, What Women Want, and Cast Away, and won a Best Actress Academy Award for As Good as it Gets.
