Heidi Blaire Montag (Pratt, most marriage) is an American reality TV star, singer, and actress. She was born on 15th September, 1986 in Colorado, United States. She was born to parents Bill and Darlene. Heidi has an older sister and a step-brother from her father’s second marriage, who passed away after an accident.
Heidi moved to California after the completion of her High school and enrolled herself in San Francisco’s Academy of Arts University for 1 semester. During Freshmen Orientation, Heidi struck a friendship with reality TV personality Lauren Conrad who was, at the time, working on MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County.

The duo took a transfer to Los Angeles’ Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise. Heidi dropped out of school after failing to find it ‘challenging’ and joined as an assistant in Bolthouse Production. Within 2 years of her employment, she was able to be promoted to the position of an event planner.

In 2006, a spin-off to the Laguna Beach series was created called The Hills. This show featured the lives of housemates Heidi and Lauren and their friends Whitney Port and AudrinaPatridge. The show was supposed to document the girls’ professional and personal lives. In the subsequent season, Heidi’s friendship with Lauren took a plunge when the former started going out with Spencer Pratt and later moved on with him.

Lauren completely cut off her ties with Heidi after she suspected that Pratt was responsible for her and Jason Wahler’s sex tape rumour. Heidi and Spencer were popular by their couple name ‘Speidi’. The duo made a rather controversial appearance on the 2nd season of the American rendition of the reality TV show I’m a Celebrity… Get me Out of Here!

Heidi wanted to venture into music and while she was recording her debut album, her song Body Language (featuring an uncredited rap by Pratt) was leaked on the internet. Her studio album Superficial (released in 2010) was a significant commercial failure at the time and made financial losses. It was only years later that the album gained a cult status.

She started her own clothing line called Heidiwood in 2008. Heidi is said to have undergone 10 cosmetic surgeries that has irked the public and earned her criticism. In 2011, Heidi returned to participate in reality show Famous Food where the contestants were supposed to compete for a dealership of a restaurant.

She was also a contestant on the 11th Season of Celebrity Big Brother (British version) and returned with her husband Spencer Pratt on the show’s 19th season. Heidi and husband Spencer have a child together.
