Nolin was born on November 29, 1971, in Duluth, Minnesota. She spent most of her childhood in Colorado. From middle school to high school, Nolin was the star athlete in the track field and the basketball team. She represented her school in those sports.

Nolin auditioned for The Price is Right after reading about the departure of ex-model Dian Parkinson. After reviewing her resume and headshots, she was given a callback and auditioned again. After that, she was selected to be in the 23rd season of The Price is Right as one of Barker’s Beauties.

While continuing her role in The Price is Right, she auditioned for Baywatch. She received the news that she had won the part of Neely Capshaw in the series. However, this meant that she had to leave The Price is Right to don on the iconic red swimsuit of Baywatch. Nolin is the second actress to play the role of Neely after Heather Campbell.

Gena also appeared in the comedy The Underground Comedy Movie and then, in a parody of The Seven Year Itch. She also appeared in the movie Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens. Apart from all these, Gina has also appeared in the 2001 issue of the Playboy magazine and even the FHM magazine.

Nolin has been married three times. She was married to David Feiler at first and then to Greg Fahlman. Greg and Gena have a son named Spencer. Gena’s current husband is the retired NHL Player Cale Hulse, and they have two children, Stella and Hudson. Nolin was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis in 2008.
