20th Century Fox has unleashed its first teaser for Deadpool 2. And instead of giving us a couple of shots from their movie, they have wrapped the first-look footage in a chimichanga that looks a lot like a Bob Ross parody video. It is fun, funny, and it must be enough to satiate fans.
The footage comes towards the end of the teaser and lasts for a few seconds. That is why we have pulled out all the best shots to share it with you. There is a lot of Ryan Reynolds suited up and ready to play Deadpool. We get to see his ugly face sans hood as he makes out with MorenaBaccarin (Vanessa Carlysle).
There is a glimpse of Cable’s bio-mechanic arm locked in here if you can find it. But there is no trace of Josh Brolin’s Cable. We get ZazieBeetz’s Domino coming through a doorway. And Julian Dennison is there as a New Mutant who has not been identified yet.
Leslie Uggams is back as Blind Al, and she and an unmasked Wade Wilson share a couch cuddling session. Karan Soni returns as Dopinder, who will play a significant role. The first shot of Dopinder shows him strutting with Deadpool as he launches a wet loogie into the distance. The second scene has teased his adventure with T.J. Miller’s Weasel.
The most important shot out includes a glimpse at two hot and ready Chimichangas cooking in a toaster oven. There are a few fiery explosions, some trucks ramming buildings, Deadpool dropping from heights and a moment where Wade, sans costume, runs shoulder-first into a speeding car.
