Ava Gardner sexy pictures prove she is a goddess on earth. Ava Gardner was a legend who died too early for her age. She was one of the precious gems of Hollywood. Born on December 24, 1922, and died on January 25, 1990, Ava Lavinia Gardner was an American singer and actress.

Despite her many small roles in different acts, she caught the eye with her performance for the role in The Killers (1946). That was the beginning of her journey to be one of the successful actresses of the 1940s and 1950s. She was nominated for her work in the film Mogambo.

Gardner actively worked from 1941 – 1986, she retired from Hollywood before 4 years before death. She died due to an unidentified autoimmune disorder. She was bedridden and partially paralyzed due to strokes.

She was buried at sunset memorial park, Smithfield, North Carolina. She is rested next to her parents and siblings. Gardner identified herself to be an atheist later in life.

She was exposed to Christianity mainly in her early years. As for the political views, Ava was a lifelong Democrat. Gardner married fellow MGM player Mickey Rooney, soon after arriving in Los Angeles. Due to Rooney’s adultery, Ava divorced him in 1943 but didn’t reveal the cause to save his career.

Her second marriage was also a failure, lasted only a year to a Jazz musician and bandleader, Artie Shaw. Nonetheless, Gardner’s third wedding made the headlines as she married Actor and singer Frank Sinatra. He left her wife for Ava Gardner. Ava said Sinatra was the love of her life.
