Recently some photographs from the Avengers 4 set revealed that Brie Larson is going to be seen as Captain Marvel in the second chapter of the Infinity War and the visuals also mean that Captain America is likely to scrape through the first bout with Thanos. It is a well-accepted fact now that Avengers: Infinity War will see some of the iconic Marvel characters die as the contracts of the actors who play those characters are expiring soon. However, nothing has been officially stated as of now, and we might get a better idea when the new trailer releases, hopefully by next week.

The latest photos to be leaked from Avengers 4 set came via Just Jared, and they show Brie Larson and Chris Evans arrive in Atlanta to shoot the film. It is being said that the next two Avengers films will reform MCU and bring in new characters while many of the established ones will exit. There have been lots of rumors about Captain America being certain to die in Infinity War, but, by the looks of it, he is not going to perish in the first part. It could be possible that Russo brothers might source the narrative from the story of Infinity Gauntlet comics which showed Captain America being killed by a Thanos blow that broke his neck.

Other than the Captain America, Iron Man is the most likely to die in the film as per the source material of the movie as well as the indications given by Robert Downey Jr. The comics showed Terraxia chop the head of Iron Man. Vision and Scarlet Witch might also be killed. However, these are all rumors and guesses right now. There is no way that Russo Brothers will exactly replicate the comic book story in the movie. However, it is very likely that some of the killings might have been shown in the comic book miniseries.

While Larson is playing the character for the first time, her solo Captain Marvel film will release before Avengers 4. Captain Marvel is scheduled to go into production in early 2018 and hit the cinemas on March 6th, 2019 and the Avengers 4 will release on May 3rd, 2019.

Marvel’s Kevin Feige has already confirmed that the Captain Marvel movie will be released first to familiarize the audiences with the character before the events of Avengers 4. This origin story film of Captain Marvel is based in the early 1990s and will be after the Kree-Skrull war. The film will also show a much younger Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) with both eyes working.

At the moment, all this is sheer anticipation and rumors. Chris Evans might have been on the set of the film to do some flashback part and might have indeed been killed in Avengers: Infinity War. Nobody will know for sure until the theatrical release of the Infinity Waron May 4, 2018, and then we will see the real mayhem unleash. Have a look at the photos of Brie Larson and Chris Evans below and think about the possibility of who will survive the round one between The Avengers and Thanos.
