3. Katherine Waterston Is The New Lead – Another Ripley?
Katherine’s character name is Daniels; she will be the part of the Covenant Crew. Nothing much has been unraveled about her character but looks like Ridley is again planning to have an emotionally intense, action-packed Ripley on the screen for us via Katherine!

4. Plot of Alien: Covenant is probably about the birth of mankind
It was teased that David will travel to the home planet of the Engineers to learn about the creation of humanity and to find out the reason behind the creation of the acid-spitting Xenomorphs. Were they intended to be weapons? Is this where the crew of the Covenant will discover David?
Scott says that it is essential to go and find the Engineers and understand what they were thinking. He further digs into bigger questions like, if the Engineers were humanity’s forerunners and therefore if they were creators of life forms in places where biology could function, then who created that to begin with? Where is the big creator? Scott states that he is not sure if all of creation was merely an accident. He goes on to state that even Stephen Hawking is unsure now, even he no longer believes in the big bang.
Finally the picture seems to be getting clearer as the dust settles. Ridley’s denials about the Xenomorph returning was a trivial lie. This was confirmed after a video showing a typical spindly hand showed up on twitter, captioned “where it all begins”.
