While DC might be prevailing over Marvel in Comic Books, Animations, TV Shows and at most places else, it has not yet been able to touch the success of Marvel Cinematic Universe on the big screen and a great deal of Marvel’s success depends upon its relatively less renowned, but, absolutely fun to watch characters.
The comic book characters are brought to life by the actors cast to play a particular role, and that’s where Marvel has aced so far. The present King of Asgard and the God of Thunder Thor is played by Chris Hemsworth, and Tom Hiddleston plays his incredibly wicked and smart brother, the God of Mischief Loki. The two actors have infused great life in the live-action format of the characters. Marvel is also renowned for keeping its films slick and sprinkled with witty dialogues and funny scenes to ensure that nothing gets too dark. We saw this exploited to a great effect in Thor: The Dark World, which had some great scenes of the banter between the two brothers.
It turns out that the two actors share great chemistry off-screen as well. They have often been captured sharing light moments when the cameras are not on. At times you would see them posing with fans, attending events and comic con panels or even simply dressing up and going out to enjoy some of their iconic bromance which makes them two of our most loved Marvel Cinematic Universe characters.
