13. Eliza Dushku
One of Whedon’s long-time buddies and stars of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Eliza Dushku, was thought of as a leader for the part of Diana Prince. Dushku herself said she was exceptionally sharp in exemplifying Whedon’s adaptation of Wonder Woman. However, the studios had practically zero enthusiasm for the script and another Wonder Woman film was canned.
12. Sarah Michelle Gellar
Clearly Sarah Michelle Gellar was Joss Whedon’s top pick for Wonder Woman back when he was appointed to pen down the script in 2005. In spite of the fact that the venture never worked out as intended and Sarah Michelle Gellar never assumed the role on the extra large screen, she did get the chance to wear Wonder Woman’s well known costume at the 2002 MTV Movie Awards.
