11. One Of The Most Awful Parts In The Special Editions
Boba Fett’s additional material is one of the worst parts of the Special Editions.
The first new Fett footage was added to A New Hope, in the scene added with Jabba the Hutt. It was shot for the first motion picture utilizing an exceptionally human Jabba. In it, Lucas utilized his CGI magic to put the scene in with the space slug people know and love. Boba Fett was carefully included. However, he had no interaction with Solo since the the character didn’t exist when it was recorded. As it is, this was simply Lucas tossing out an unwarranted impression. There were no changes made in Empire Strikes Back with regards to Fett. However, in Return of the Jedi, there are scenes of Fettogling at Jabba’s dancers and touching a dancer playfully on the chin.
Now, the problem is that a vast part of what made Boba Fett scary was that he appeared to have no human shortcomings or indecencies. Whereas the Special Editions depict him like any other person; he is diverted by the delightful ladies around him.
12. Leader Of The Mandalorians
The real history of the Mandalorians has been something of a moving focus in Star Wars fandom. One intriguing piece of Mandalorian history, however, is that Boba Fett inevitably turns into their pioneer, a man known by the title “Mandalore.”

That pioneer, Shysa, saved Fett’s life on the planet Shogun but was mortally injured while doing so. Fett killed Shysa to end the pain, yet he was bound by his last request. The request was that Boba Fett should become the new Mandalore. In that capacity, Fett helped Mandalorians battle back against the alien Yuuzhan Vong intruders. He later aided re-establish Mandalore economically by recalling the scattered clans to a focal area and helping them in finding a significant new mineral. With this, they could regain strength after losing a large portion of their warriors and assets battling the Vong.
