4. MOST LIMBS LOST
Through the span of the six movies, the loss of a limb is a rehashed theme: somebody loses a limb in each film. We’ve seen this right from Luke Skywalker in Empire Strikes Back to the Wampa on Hoth. Darth Vader is tied with C-3PO for the loss of the most limbs. These add up to a total of five lost limbs throughout the six movies. Curiously, C-3PO and Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker are two of just four characters who show up in each of the six movies, the other two being Obi-Wan Kenobi (who seems quickly as a Force apparition in Episode V and Episode VI) and R2-D2.
In Darth Vader’s case, he loses a greater part of his limbs to lightsabers: one arm to Count Dooku in Attack of the Clones, the other arm and both legs to Obi-wan Kenobi in Revenge of the Sith and lastly a robotic arm in a duel on board the Death Star II with Luke in Return of the Jedi. C-3PO loses an arm against the Tusken Raiders in A New Hope and after that the every one of his limbs to stormtroopers in Cloud City in The Empire Strikes Back.
3. THE MOST PROFITABLE STAR WARS CHARACTER
Lucas film has said that Darth Vader is the most prevalent and productive character in the Star Wars universe. Promptly recognizable, his popularity has propelled an assortment of famous Star Wars merchandise, including some extraordinary things from burgers to toasters to extravagant watches.
However, it is not very clear how much cash Darth Vader has made on his own. Lucas film did not reveal the exact amount. However, Star Wars profits on merchandise are assessed to be worth over $27 billion. Given those numbers, chances are that Darth Vader’s worth is in the billions.
