3. Darth Vader Lite
The man referred to as Darth Vader is still daunting in The Star Wars. Nevertheless, he’s way better-looking. While he bears some the scars of the Vader we definitely know, he has one robotic, red eye and a head full of hair. In this form, he’s a strategic officer of the Empire. Furthermore, he has no special powers. While he respects the Sith slightly, it rapidly reduces when they don’t get the required results. In this, Vader at times wears the trademark helmet, yet it’s just the top part, since he’s not a human dehumidifier right now.Â
4. Prince Valorum
Valorum is mentioned in the prequel trilogy in a totally different setting. In The Star Wars, Prince Valorum is a strong Sith who is brought in by the Empire for his Jedi-Bendu hunting ability. He doesn’t get hold of the insubordinate Skywalker and Starkiller, nor Leia and her kin immediately, yet it’s very clear that the Darth Vader we get in A New Hope is a combination of both this Vader and Valorum. Furthermore, neither of these truly fulfill a purpose here but to squabble about who’s cooler.
