10 Movies That Tried To Imitate Star Wars But Failed

4. KRULL

A combination of DUNE and STAR WARS, KRULL is another of those movies that 80s children cherish in spite of it not being great. What KRULL figured out was to make a cool weapon as paramount as the lightsaber. The Glaive is damn cool for being a starfish with blades sticking out of it. It might be the one thing the vast majority recall about this motion picture. I prescribe returning to this film essentially for nostalgic reasons.

3. THE BLACK HOLE

Disney attempted to take advantage of STAR WARS four decades before they got the opportunity to clinch the actual deal. This is another cult classic which has a growing fan-base. THE BLACK HOLE might be the darkest and most perturbing Disney film ever released. It has an end that is exceptionally hard to explain to more kids. Even after having charming robots that imitate R2-D2 and C-3PO, this film still bombed.
