It’s Official: Avengers: Infinity War Is Top Trailer of 2017 on Youtube

The Avengers: Infinity War is such a highly anticipated film that even the release of its first official trailer has become one of the biggest events of 2017 and it has smashed various records.

That is why it is not at all difficult to accept the fact that the Avengers: Infinity War trailer has now been officially declared as the top film trailer of the year by YouTube’s 2017 “Rewind.”



The Avengers: Infinity War trailer garnered over 88 million views in the first week, and that has totally blown away its other competitors:

1. Avengers Infinity War Official Trailer – 88M (1 week)
2. Incredibles 2 Official Teaser Trailer – 60M (2 weeks)
3. Star Wars: The Last Jedi Official Trailer – 42M (7 months)
4. Thor: Ragnarok Teaser Trailer – 46M (7 months)
5. IT Official Teaser Trailer – 45M (8 months)

The astonishing number of views is not the only thing to notice about the Avengers: Infinity War trailer, but, how quickly it reached to that tally. There is no doubt, that Marvel Studios have mastered the art of creating hype for its trailer releases because all three of the studio’s major 2017 trailers (Thor 3, Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War) have been getting incredible number of views.

In case you felt that the Avengers: Infinity War trailer kept us waiting for far too long then it might be disappointing for you, but, the truth is that the future might witness such trailer debut “events” become the norm.



Avengers: Infinity War will release in theaters on May 4, 2018. Thor: Ragnarok is the currently running Marvel Cinematic Universe movie and the other upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movies include; Black Panther on February 16, 2018, Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6, 2018, Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019, the fourth Avengers movie on May 3, 2019, the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming on July 5, 2019, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in 2020.
