13. Ted DiBiase Sr.

Most of the present day wrestling fans will remember his son when the name Ted DiBiase is announced but his father The “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase Sr. was a very respected wrestler during his time and perhaps more popular than his son ever will be. DiBiase’s stage persona “Million Dollar Man” was a classic heel, one who had more money than all of us combined, during the 80s. Today, DiBiases till makes appearances at conventions and events such as Minor League Baseball games. Now and again, he has also been associated with WWE for WWE Network. He is now a religious man,a born-again Christian and he has publicly spoken about his faith on numerous occasions. He has done works for that aspect of his life such as being the founder of the Heart of David Ministry. According to his website, that foundation has a goal “of challenging men and women to strive to be dedicated followers of Christ.”

12. Road Warrior Animal 

Today, he is the surviving half of the famous Road Warriors/Legion of Doom tag team. Together with his partner Road Warrior hawk, he dominated his opponents in the 80s. Even today, he still makes appearances at independent wrestling shows. During an interview for the “Jobbing Out” podcast, Animal explained that he approached the WWE about a job.

“I’ve approached them. Dusty had approached them on my behalf…But for whatever reason, the office has their favorite guys. I understand that. One of the first deals I made when I signed with Vince McMahon was that I said when I was done that I wanted to coach. But it’s water under the bridge, it ain’t gonna happen. It’s never going to happen.”

This was before Dusty Rhodes passed away in 2015. Apparently, it hasn’t been a smooth sailing for Road Warrior Animal.
