7. Darth Maul’s Future
It’s difficult to envision that over 10 years after he met his evident downfall in The Phantom Menace that we’d have this much Darth Maul to appreciate. In any case, his restoration in the pages of Star Wars comics and his pertinence on the little screen implies this may be the starting for all things Maul. With season three of Star Wars Rebels continuing to highlight the disdainful Sith Lord, there’s no telling where he may appear next. Could Darth Maul be put in an appearance in Star Wars: Episode VII or IX? What’s more, with sequel films featuring Han Solo and Lando Calrissian not too far off, we might see a Darth Maul solo film at some point. One thing is evident; we will definitely see more of Darth Maul in upcoming years.
