‘GTA 6’ Might Feature Female Lead Played By Eva Mendez

It won’t be wrong to say that “Grand Theft Auto” series is one of the most popular games all over the world. There have been several incredible versions of these games, released annually by Rockstar  Games and the fans can’t just have enough of it. Titles like “Grand Theft Auto” and “#Red Dead Redemption” are the most renowned ones.




A new report from Tech  Radar suggests that Rockstar Games is now preparing for the next “GTA” version. At present, there is no announcement about its launch. However, there is a great chance that this new game will be PC compatible.

Anticipated Release Date for the new game

As per the sources of Tech Radar, the new gaming series is set to be launched in 2020. There are already three different segments of GTA games by Rockstar, and they include “GTA Online” as well as various updates of “GTA 5.”

It has not been long since they launched “Red Dead Redemption 2”. Therefore, the company surely needs some time to create another legendary game.

The anticipated series is in its early phase presently, and the company’s president Leslie Benzies recently hinted about it.




 “We don’t know what GTA 6 will be, but we’ve got some ideas,”

Benzies was quoted as saying by Develop Magazine. He said that the “GTA” creative team has almost 45 years of concepts to explore. Thus, there is no doubt that one of them is definitely in the works.

What will be new in this game?

The game is likely to feature entire map of the United States and will have several themes which might even feature 70s settings resembling Game of Thrones, British rules, etc.

Co-founder Dan Houser of Rockstar Games had stated recently that ‘GTA’ would have a modern American, English-ish’ future. The previous versions include Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas.

In fact, during a recent interview with The Guardian, he even suggested that there might be a female lead character coming up.




“In the future, could we do a game with a female lead? Of course,” he was reported as having said. In fact, what makes this potentially even more interesting is the talk about Hollywood star Eva Mendez coming on board to play in the next chapter of GTA.Rumors are on that she will be accompanied by Ryan Gosling.

GTA 6 might feature Virtual Reality

There have been rapid technological advancements, and it will make great sense for upcoming versions of GTA to feature the new technologies. Since Virtual Reality is the in thing these days, it is quite practical that “GTA 6” will be a VR compatible game.
