The first teaser for Arrowverse’s “Crisis on Earth-X” crossover event has been debuted. The video shows assembled heroes of the Arrowverse all set to battle with the inhabitants of Earth-X. The four-part event will bring the characters from the CW’s The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl series.
A superhero crossover event is an annual tradition at CW. Last year, the “Invasion” crossover event had seen the Arrowverse’s heroes assemble to face the Dominators.
“Crisis on Earth-X” will kick off with heroes of the Arrowverse in town for Barry Allen and Iris West’s wedding and the villains of Earth-X crash the party. Earth-X is an alternate Earth that had seen Germany with World War II. Earth-X’s Arrowverse heroes are evil Nazi doppelgangers.
Being an alternate reality, this event will bring back villains. Prometheus, who had died at the end of Season 5 on Arrow, will make a return. Gypsy will not be a part of this crossover event.
This year’s four-part crossover will air across 2 nights, starting Monday, Nov. 27, with Supergirl and Arrow and will end on Tuesday, Nov. 28, with The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow.
