10 Cartoons In 1980’s You May Have Forgotten.

8. Phantom Busters

No, Ghost Busters is not based on the film Ghostbusters. However, it was the achievement of that motion picture that made Filmnationbring up the property, which was already a 1975 real life TV show. It wasn’t at par with the animated series of The Real Ghostbusters at all. It was only an overall poor cartoon. The characters in the series lived in a spooky house right in the middle of two high rises. They were determined to free the universe of the wicked ghost wizard Prime Evil and his evil baddies.

7. It’s Punky Brewster

This cartoon was built on the real live action series that featured Soleil Moon Frye. The animated show was least interesting as compared to the live action series. Frye gave the voice of her character, and took Brewster on more adventures that were wacky. It incorporated a city at the end of a rainbow which had super powers that gave Punky and her friend the ability to go to any part of the world in a flash.
